Некомпетентность - в самом выборе темы. Об этом НЕЛЬЗЯ ПИСАТЬ
ПОПУЛЯРНО. Вообще. Я его предупреждал, так же, как и
предупреждал, что "не я напишу - другой напишет" - на отмазу не
канает.
