Пробовал запушить Erlang 14B03 (изменений много)

$git push origin

Я так понял, надо 
$git config --global diff.renamelimit 2048 
и снова
$git push origin

Собственно вопрос - как "retry the command" если "Everything up-to-date"

Ничего этого делать не надо. Это не является проблемой. А уж если и
менять - то только на самом сервере git.alt
