Привет!
Вот здесь

обсуждение насчёт поломавшегося fetchmail. Дело в том, что сам пакет -
arch, а вот питоновская его часть - noarch по всем признакам. А
поскольку distutils теперь правильно определяет путь к noarch-модулям
питона, я ввёл новый макрос: %_python_set_noarch
Это для того, чтобы указать питону, что, в отличие от других
подпакетов (которые arch), собираемых из того же спека, сам питоний
модуль - noarch.
