Здраствуйте!
Хочется собирать пакет, не делая по много раз ./configure и make
Читаю:
BUILD OPTIONS
The general form of an rpm build command is
rpm {-bSTAGE|-tSTAGE} [build-options] FILE ...
...
--nobuild
Do not execute any build stages. Useful for testing out
spec files.
Делаю:
$ rpm -bi --nobuild callweaver.spec
--nobuild: unknown option
Сломано?

а чем --short-circuit не катит?

Делай лучше
rpm -bi --short-circuit callweaver.spec
Или rpmbuild.
