Dear sirs,
what do you think about the contents and setup functions of the file /usr/bin/vncserver?
Should config values be moved to a different place, like /etc/vncserver.conf from that file? 
  Denis Medvedev, maintainer of tightvnc in ALT Linux Sisyphus project.

Yes, sure, that would be much better. This (and much more) has been
already done in Debian GNU/Linux, and I plan to merge their patches back
to the TightVNC codebase.
