There are currently two tickets opened for Trac concerning the 
Subversion bindings for 1.3.0:
 * #2472, which has a patch for the bindings themselves;
    That patch will most probably be part of 1.3.1.
 * #2611, which seems to happen in combination with mod_python,
    and is still not solved (it's an intermittent problem, related to 
threading)
