Какова роль мантейнера в этом процессе?
Я сейчас провожу много пересборок с новыми soname, которые уже давно есть
в репозитории. Некоторые пакеты я опасаюсь отправлять на пересборку,
потому что из лога тестовой пересборки видно, что пакет может получиться
кривой.
Видимо, нужен какой-то компромиссный вариант, например, информировать
мантейнеров и давать им какое-то фиксированное время на ручную пересборку.
Если acl на пакет совсем permissive, это время может быть небольшим.
