Некоторые из нас (самые хитрые и осторожные) обложились
локальными настройками и не собираются выглядеть пакаджерами
собранного кем-то ещё где-то в другом месте ;)
Вот только контраргумент насчёт того, что "дык %changelog" --
остался будто незамеченным.
