связкой других плагинов к Анюте. Куда копать?

Поскольку эта библиотека не находится ни в одном из системных каталогов,
то rpm-build по умолчанию не рассматривал её в качестве кандидата.
%add_findprov_lib_path %_libdir/anjuta
