Сейчас некоторые программы (например fontforge, xsane), интерпретируют
содержимое переменной окружения BROWSER как название команды, и запускает её.
Соответственно это не работает если в переменной указана команда с
параметрами.
Не является ли использование параметров команды в переменной BROWSER ошибкой?
Если нет, знает ли кто-нибудь пример программы на C, которая обрабатывает
такую ситуацию корректно? Как лучше обойти проблему?
