Граждане,
1) а куда static дели?
2) было ли возможно сделать такую замену по спекам:
s/XFree86-devel-static/XFree86-devel/
s/xorg-x11-devel-static/xorg-x11-devel/
и попробовать собрать?
Эти два пакета именно так и починились, вот и возникло
подозрение, что такое дело может быть и "не барским". :)

Похоже, buildreq напартачил, а майнтейнер не проверил и не исправил... :(
