MHonArc

Description :
MHonArc is a Perl program for converting mail or news messages
into HTML archives. It can also be used to convert individual
messages into HTML documents. Other capabilities include robust
MIME support and powerful user customization features.

Description :
SOAP::Lite for Perl is a collection of Perl modules which provides a simple
and lightweight interface to the Simple Object Access Protocol (SOAP) both
on client and server side.

perl-Unicode-MapUTF8
----------------------------------------------------------
Description :
Provides an adapter layer between core routines for converting
to and from UTF8 and other encodings. In essence, a way to give
multiple existing Unicode modules a single common interface so
you don't have to know the underlaying implementations to do
simple UTF8 to-from other character set string conversions.
As such, it wraps the Unicode::String, Unicode::Map8,
Unicode::Map and Jcode modules in a standardized and simple
API.
