Обновлять iptables вместе с ядром в подобном случае обязательно -
из-за неумеренного использования patch-o-matic в старых ядрах
имеются несовместимости между ядрами и iptables из разных
репозитариев. Например, после каких-то обновлений переставал
работать -j REJECT.
