Приветствую.
На сайте www.icecast.org лежат релизы ices-0.3 и icecast-2, переход на которые
строго рекомендуется. Для сборки этих пакетов требуется libshout-2.0, в
сизифе - 1.0.9.
Если мейнтейнер не возражает, то я возьму libshout себе.

Легко. И не только перехватить, но и перенаправить.
У нас в Сизифе есть инструментарий для этого. Больше не скажу.
