это не совсем решает проблему, так как
wxPythonGTK-devel-2.3.3.1 пересекается по файлам
с wxGTK-devel-2.4.0, но все равно полезная добавка.
я напишу о сложившейся ситуации на incoming@altlinux.ru,
там помогут :)

я выложил пакеты с моей версией спека. выложите сами
исправленный wxPythonGTK с версией alt2. вот последняя
версия, добавьте только строчку в changelog.
wxGTK трогать не надо.
