Тут случайно обнаружил, что я скачивал словари с такого вот ресурса
http://www.enlight.ru/camera/guest_as/ptkdic.php3/index.html
Они под MySQL, а лицензия непонятна. Может быть выяснить?
Там куча очень полезных словарей.
