Вопрос в физическом смысле указываемого URL: с одной стороны,
на сайте проекта рядом с .gz *может* лежать .bz2, но, например, в
случае той же lbdb это _не_ так.
Переформулирую: что имеет высший приоритет -- объем src.rpm или
достоверность указываемого Source URL?
Используется ли последний при автоматической выкачке исходника
(например, в nosrc) и последует ли fallback на другой формат
сжатия при Not found на указанный (нет, как я понимаю)?
Я понимаю, что это все можно расковырять самому -- но,
опять-таки, считаю, что это вопрос 1) policy 2) не частный.
