Положил в /incoming/Sisyphus elib-1.0-alt1.src.rpm,
pcl-cvs-2.9.9-alt1.src.rpm.
Файлы инициализации кладутся в /etc/emacs/site-start.d (по крайней мере
так они все в одном месте и в готовом для вставки в ~/.emacs виде, раз уж
общественность считает их автозагрузку вредной).
Кстати, buildreq с этими пакетами ведет себя плохо - например, прописывает
в зависимости пакет sawfish (???). Добавил BuildPreReq вручную (для сборки
pcl-cvs нужен установленный elib, дописывать elib-startup.el к ~/.emacs
вроде бы не обязательно - в Makefile добавляется нужный load-path).
