загрузочный экран - там, где надпись Altlinux и кружочек со рисочками
внутри - так вот, не устраивает скорость пропадания этих самых рисочек,
то бишь скорость пропадания начального экрана и начало загрузки системы.
Для ускорения открыл lilo.conf и изменил параметр timeout="100" на
timeout="50". Ничего не изменилось. Почему?

Сделал собственный копи-паст из соседнего треда:
"А команду lilo от root выполнили после изменений" в lilo.conf ?
