Раскажите пожалуйста вкраце принцип деления на репозитории: classic,
main, all?
Что находится в репозитории noarch?
И SRPMS - это исходники которые можно откомпилировать и собрать
самостоятельно?

Это все флэйворы одного репозитория

Пакеты, не зависящие от архитектуры процессора
