* [Comm] Compiz and std-def + nvidia (Branch 4.1)

Здравствуйте!
Вчера обновился до бранча 4.1, поставил 2.6.24-std-def-alt8, из того, 
чем привык пользоваться отлично работает все, кроме compiz.
[holocaust@holocaust-pc]$ compiz --replace
compiz (core) - Fatal: No manageable screens found on display :0

Пробовал в xfce и kde. Берил тоже не заводится, но он и не интересует, 
интересно другое. При загрузке в прежнее ядро 2.6.18-std-smp-alt12 все 
начинает работать. xorg.conf остается неизменен, хотя я его несколько 
раз перепроверил.
Подскажите, кто-то еще с таким столкнулся?

На одной машинке было такое. В логах была ругань про версии драйверов nvidia

Все равно не запускается.. Моя карта, кстати, geforce mx440, использует 
96.43.05.

Скорее всего это версия драйверов от nVidia не работает с этой версией
Ксорга (у меня тоже на работает). Покажите лог ксорга, там долно быть
видно лучше.

Сначала отправил сообщение с двумя логами, но оно попало в чистилище, 
приложу один =)
А еще, прозрачность kwin и xfwm4 работает, glxgears и quake3 тоже летают.

у кого то работает связка Compiz 2.6.24-std-def-alt9 + nvidia (Branch 4.1)
у меня после апдейта ядра до 2.6.24-std-def-alt9 компиз мэнеджер не
запускается :( ни то что автостартом но и из меню

rpm -qa | grep nvidia
nvidia_glx_71.86.04-71.86.04-alt37 и nvidia_glx_96.43.05-96.43.05-alt37
kernel-modules-nvidia-std-def-169.12-alt1.132632.9

тут был совет снести старые nvidia_glx
попробовал удалить nvidia_glx_71.86.04-71.86.04-alt37
они выносят модуль kernel-modules-nvidia-std-def-169.12-alt1.132632.9

3д вроде работает, glxgears
3674 frames in 5.0 seconds = 734.664 FPS
