Спасибо, уже исправил ошибку. Дело в том что я работаю под Сусей10, там
есть такая заморочка в исходниках драйвера, файл dvb_frontend.c надо было
подправить параметр dvb_shutdown_timeout. Потом перекомпилил ядро и все
теперь пучком :)

Сам сталкивался с проблемой. Решилось проще:
echo "dvb-core dvb_shutdown_timeout=0" > /etc/modutils.d/dvb
