apt настроен на некоторый репозиторий с обновлениями в локальной сети.
Доступ к этому репозиторию только по http (GET). Как сделать полностью
зеркало этого репозитория себе на локальный диск?

Смотря как настроен тот самый http... Если он генерирует индексы для
каталогов - wget -m...

Неа... там вообще ничего нет --только выложено зеркало апдейтов от
мастера. В /etc/apt/source.list прописано: rpm
http://srv.local/Master24/updates/2.4 i586 updates
