Куда-то делось меню закладок в kwrite:((
(kwrite 4.2.1 , kde 3.2.3)
Клавиши Ctr-B не работают и т.п.

Функции для работы с закладками все-таки нашлись,
но в странном месте и не все.
Полувыход следующий:
Меню > настройка > настроить панели инструментов >
(*внимание*) Основная панель инструментов (KatePartView).
Здесь (и только здесь) удается вытащить на панель четыре кнопки
управления закладками:
"Переключить закладку"
"Предыдущая закладка"
"Следующая закладка"
"Убрать закладки"
Списка закладок я не нашел.
Та же проблема с закладками в kate,
но вывод кнопок на панель не проверял
