Кто подскажет - при запуске от рута wvdial работает. Если юзером -
ругается на то, что модем занят.

настрой sudo, это нормально.

Через sudo я и запускаю... Но насколько я понимаю, выпускать в Сеть
процесс, запущенный от рута потенциально более опасно, чем от юзера. Или
я ошибаюсь?
