Hello!
Как сделать чтобы на фтп отдавалась какая-либо часть канала, т.е.
скажем ограничить скорость фтп качания на уровне 50% от канала или
выделить на фтп 500 киловит канала?
Ограничили уде 75 пользователями, но качают файлы со всего мира и
канал всё-равно весь забит под завязку.

Средствами ftp сервера.
Для начала неплохо бы и указать что за сервер и что за дистрибутив.
Или сразу шейпером порезать (смотреть на cbq)
