поставил ndiswrapper через apt-get install
kernel-source-ndiswrapper-1.46-1.46-alt1.i586.rpm
Что дальше, как с ним работать? Система ALC3.0

Вставляете модуль в ядро. Устанавливаете с помощью ndiswrapper -i
виндовский драйвер. Конфигурируете сетевой интерфейс с помощью
iwconfig (кстати, поставьте его, если ещё не). Работаете.

А чего kernel-source-то? Под ваше ядро нет готового модуля? Не верю,
покажите вывод uname -a...
Из kernel-source его собирать надо. Вы точно этого хотите?
