Hello community,
Никто не подскажет почему в новых ядрах USB падает.
На 2.4.20-alt7 все нормально, как только загружаю
2.4.21 так USB мыши не видать ;((
Чипсет VIA KT600, на более ранних не проверял.

Возможно, это проблема ACPI - в новом ядре включена его поддержка.
Попробуйте при загрузке указать параметры ядра:
pci=noacpi
acpi=off
acpi=off noapic
Если ни один из этих вариантов не заработает, покажите полный вывод
dmesg.

Ну, в некоторых случаях хватает и pci=noacpi.
Кстати, а материнка какая?
