тормоза - дикие.

Сначала

apt-get install irqbalance
chkconfig irqbalance on

Потом посмотреть, что из этого выйдет. Может быть,
надо будет развесить xhci_hcd, ehci_hcd и ahci на
разные ядра принудительно.

12309? Может поможет сменить шедулер (забыл как оно правильно называется)?

cat /sys/block/sdX/queue/scheduler
