Решил обновить ALD 5.0 с сизифа. В конце обновления добавил
update-kernel и перезагрузился. В итоге пропал wlan0 вообще. В
/var/log/messages пишется: Cannot find device "wlan0". В lspci
устройство присутствует: 02:00.0 Network controller: Realtek
Semiconductor Co., Ltd. RTL8187SE Wireless LAN Controller (rev 22)
Как обратно добавить wlan в систему?

rpm -qa | grep kernel | sort
Ну и попробуйте update-kernel -t un-def

kernel-modules-staging для вашего ядра
