Здравствуйте.
Столкнулся со странной проблемой при попытке завести WI-FI устройство:
-- #lsusb:
Bus 005 Device 002: ID 157e:3007 TRENDnet TEW-444UB EU (no firmware)
-- # ndiswrapper -l
athfmwdl : driver installed
device (157E:3007) present
net5523 : driver installed
-- Вывод dmesg:
ndiswrapper version 1.55 loaded (smp=yes, preempt=yes)
usb 5-6: reset high speed USB device using ehci_hcd and address 2
ndiswrapper: driver athfmwdl (,12/05/2003,1.00.001) loaded
usbcore: registered new interface driver ndiswrapper
Нигде ничего не ругается, но устройство wlan0 не создаётся.
Перепробовал ядра, версии ndiswrapper... Не помогло.
Может есть ещё место, куда смотреть надо?
