Доброе время суток. Для работы 1с клиентов с 1с-сервер необходим
WINE@Etersoft 1.0 Network? Или достаточно того что лежит по умолчанию в
АЛТ4?

Зависит от того, какая у вас версия 1С. У меня 1C:УПП 8.1 спокойно работает
под wine@etersoft, что идёт в AL4. Скриншоты можете глянуть здесь:
