Здравствуйте, уважаемое Сообщество.
Имеется:
1. сервер на ALT 2.4 Master + несколько модемов + mgetty
2. клиент - ALD4 с модемом, который получает Инет с п.1
В логах имеем такое:
...
Sep 18 22:56:49 ae kernel: PPP BSD Compression module registered
Sep 18 22:56:49 ae kernel: PPP Deflate Compression module registered
Sep 18 22:56:50 ae pppd[5558]: Deflate (15) compression enabled
...
...
Sep 18 22:57:10 ae pppd[5558]: Lost compression sync: disabling ompression
^^^^^^^^^^
а сервер говорит, что
Sep 18 22:56:44 main pppd[24911]: Compression disabled by peer.
из-за чего, собственно, наблюдается замедление загрузки в разы, т.е. как
на оффтопике. Раньше, когда клиентом был ALT 2.4, все было ОК.
Вопрос: как включить компрессию?
