Под вайном нет. Но.
Серверная часть у меня на ALM 2.4.
Там стоит не Interbase Server, а FireBird CS 1.0
Ставится из авторской rpm'ки.
Думаю если начать с поднятия нормального сервера БД, то дальше будет легче.
