IB console -можно сделать регистрацию локального сервера, указать базу данных
на диске, завести новых пользователей. Работает.

RS Mail -v 4.11.008
RSMailsetup.exe - инсталлятор метра 2 весит.
Где на него посмотреть - честно - не знаю. Могу в личку по мылу сбросить по
кускам по 256 кб.
