После обновления до samba-client-3.0.3-alt0.1, перестал работать
smbmount, а именно:
монтирует и не выдает ошибок, но при команде df /mount/point -
input/output error
Это только у меня, или же это ошибка в пакете?

Есть такое. В sisyphus@ уже обсуждали эту проблему. Посмотрите архивы.
