Да там даже думаьт не надо, в моделях ААА
настраивается режим входа без проверки подлинности.
Полная документация есть на Cisco UniverCD (в комплекту с любой железкой Cisco),
она же есть на сайте Cisco.
Тарификацией работы занимается АТС.
