Доброго времени суток сообщество!
Дико извиняюсь за тот же "старый" вопрос
В компе есть звуковая карта (ForteMedia 256, PCI) и
отдельная карта TV тюнера (BT878, PCI)
(Правда есть еще встроеный звук на материнке АС97,
но он отключен в биосе).
При загрузке, система (Master 2.2) нормально их (ForteMedia 256 и
BT878) воспринимает (пишет ОК в консоли по <F10>, но похоже не
совсем за те устройства которые на самом деле)
Вот мой modules.conf
alias usb-interface usb-uhci
alias char-major-81 bttv
probeall scsi_hostadapter ide-scsi
alias char-major-81-64 bttv

Подскажите, что и где надо "подкрутить" чтобы
заработал звук.
Может кроме modules.conf еще что-то надо "крутить".
И еще после внесениия изменений в modules.conf
нужно что-то специально предпринимать, например по типу как с "lilo",
или нет.
p.s.
Если перезагрузится в чистую Win98, то звук есть
