Есть ли возможность при установке Master 2.2 выбрать все пакеты, не
кликая на каждый? Очень много времени занимает..

Если правильно понял вопрос, то я делал так: входил в Synaptic, с
помощью клавиш Shift+PageDown выделял весь список пакетов, а затем
кликал Install.

Не надо этого делать.
Это ужасная, гадкая, мерзкая "заслуга" редхатов, у которых такой
"способ" является чуть ли не единственным вменяемым.
man apt-get
