Наблюдаю:
$ rpm -qf `which links`
предупреждение: файл /usr/bin/links не принадлежит ни одному из пакетов
Работает же - нормально.
Самозарождение мышей в горшке с грязным бельём?
Для справки:
$ rpm -q elinks
elinks-0.4.2-alt1
$ ls -l `which links`
lrwxrwxrwx 1 root root 23 Мар 11 02:54 /usr/bin/links
-> /etc/alternatives/links

Симлинк альтернативы не принадлежит ни одному пакету.
Иногда для этого делают пакет %name-common. А иногда даже и
%name-common не помогает, например /usr/bin/vim.
