Ламерский вопрос, но я непойму.
делаю man cp, man rm
man пишет что эти , бинарники принадлежат fileutils, но команда rpm -qa
cp ни чего не выдает, хотя должна выдать fileutils-ххх. Пакета нет.
Проесните эту ситуацию.

rpm -qf /full/path/to/file

Почитайте man rpm.
man -qf `which cp`
