Сорри, что влезаю, но у меня подобная проблема и IMHO именно попытка
сделать ident-запрос --- таймаут получается примерно 30 секунд, потом
таки соединяется с 110 или 25 портом и далее все работает как нужно.
Вопрос в том как это оторвать или правильно настроить??
