Пока с этим сложно...
Но может взять документацию по matlab и добавить это

Можно также посмотреть сравнение синтаксисов мат. пакетов
http://wiki.axiom-developer.org/RosettaStone .
В начале есть табличка со ссылками на оф. сайты и тип лицензии (btw,
фриварных пакетов относительно немалое количество). В том числе
сравниваются SciLab и Octave.
