Приветствую.
В Сизиф, и, затем, в p7 готовится уйти OTRS 3.2.6. Если кто уже успел
с p7/Sisyphus начать использовать v3.1, обновляйтесь осторожно, я на
тестовом стенде поймал проблему с обновлением, правда у меня стоял ещё
KIX4OTRS, который для 3.2 не готов пока:

В Сизиф ушло. В пакете появился /apt/apt.conf.d/otrs-hold.conf
со следующим содержимым: RPM::Hold { "^otrs-"; }
Это должно предотвратить последующие обновления пакета по
apt-get dist-upgrade: обновление может оказаться непростым,
так как совместимость базы данных не сохраняется от версии
к версии, а данные там достаточно важные могут быть.
