Здравствуйте, имею локальный репозиторий бранч5. Если я нацелю rsync на
сизиф, это будет равносильно закачке сизифа с нуля?

Смотря что с чем рсинкать. Вообще говоря, там явно очень много совпадающих
пакетов, и передаваться они не будут, если всё сделать правильно.

У меня последние обновления бранч5: i586 и noarch. Вот и думаю сэкономлю
ли я трафик или нет?
