Вот ghost для клонирования ext3 не советую. В какой-то версии, сейчас не
вспомню, результат был плачевный.
Положительный опыт есть с акронисом. Умеет сеть (samba, ftp). Единственный
нюанс - от версии к версии формат создаваемых образов может отличаться,
поэтому снимать/разливать образы стоит одной версией true image.
Если использование проприетарного софта не подходит, стоит смотреть в сторону
partimage (этот оперирует только разделами - mbr и таблицу разделов
копировать вручную). clonezilla не пробовал.
Всегда остается вариант с cpio/rsync/star и скриптованием (ну или вручную).
Тем более, что все станции идентичны.
Я бы просто собрал маленькую бутявку на основе rescue образа. Сеть по dhcp.
Образ на ftp. Грузимся и молча восстанавливаем.
