Если в сообществе есть жители Самары, то откликнитесь, пожалуйста.
Обратился человек, интересуется зеркалом с бранчами и каким-нибудь
наиболее удобным местом, чтобы скачать 4.1.0. Что ему можно ответить?

Кстати, мож где на вики завести страничку с локальными зеркалами в
различных городах, ибо трафик местами стоит денех :)
