Интересный набор :)
С микшером сейчас в 4.1/branch какие-то нелады, причём именно на
2.6.22+ или .24+ началось.
С tzselect -- подробнее? (вообще часовой пояс давно определяется
содержимым /etc/localtime, куда засовывается что-нибудь из
/usr/share/zoneinfo/).
