Ссылок на нормативные документы у меня нет, а в качестве яркого примера вам
бы наш журнал дефектов программно-технических средств автоматизации... Без
слёз читать невозможно - "сервер 'завис'", "устранено
перезагрузкой", "Расхождение системного времени и времени базы данных ровно
на 1 минуту. Системное время выставлено точно." и так далее. Причём, что
называется, мышки кололись, плакали, но продолжали упорно жрать кактус.
