[Comm] How to mount IDE HDD connected to RAID controller

Есть у меня на матери RAID-контроллер SiS180. До сегодня к нему ничего не было подключено. Принес винчестер Seagate Baracuda (60 GB). Подключил а смонтировать не получается.

[root@archer mnt]# mount -t ext3 /dev/md0 /mnt/s60
mount: wrong fs type, bad option, bad superblock on /dev/md0,
       missing codepage or other error
       (could this be the IDE device where you in fact use
       ide-scsi so that sr0 or sda or so is needed?)
       In some cases useful info is found in syslog - try
       dmesg | tail  or so

В dmesg есть такое:
[root@archer mnt]# dmesg | grep -i md
md: md driver 0.90.1 MAX_MD_DEVS=256, MD_SB_DISKS=27
md: Autodetecting RAID arrays.
md: autorun ...
md: ... autorun DONE.

Ну ещё:
[root@archer mnt]# ls -l /dev/md*
brw-rw----  1 root disk 9, 0 Jul 24 22:09 /dev/md0

/dev/md:
total 0
lrwxrwxrwx  1 root root 6 Jul 24 22:09 0____GROUP= -> ../md0

После mount в конце dmesg появляется строка:
EXT3-fs: unable to read superblock

Как эту собаку смонтировать?

OS=ALT 3 + updates + backports

P.S. Если подключить к обычному IDE-интерфейсу то все нормально. И оффтопик его видит, только ext3 файловую систему не понимает :-).

А почему /dev/md0?
